PUBA 723: Human Resource Management (HRM)

Develops students’ understanding of traditional HRM functions, such as hiring, compensation, and discipline, as well as contemporary managerial responsibilities, such as motivating a diverse workforce. Provides students with an overview of traditional and contemporary issues and trends in HRM and introduces core legal constraints on personnel systems.
